Program Payment Terms All payments may be made via Visa/MC/Wire Transfer to Moving Arts Communications SA.  * 50% total Program Cost due upon confirmation of booking to secure place.  Full Cancellation Refund available up till 90 days before scheduled arrival. * Balance due four weeks prior to arrival in Punta Uva. No refunds are possible after this date as arrangements will need to be committed prior to Student arrival. * Any additional costs due at conclusion of program. Insurance Moving Arts Costa Rica assumes liability for all MAC CR staff, equipment, facilities and vehicles while at work or in use by Students during their Programs.  MAC CR also covers Program Students emergency medical needs for the first $500 per occurrence, however Students are advised to purchase their own standard vacation insurance packages to cover any further emergency medical needs, transportation to home country costs, trip interruption and property loss/theft occurrences. Permits/Licenses/Fees/Taxes MAC CR warrants that it will provide and obtain if necessary all permits and licenses required by Costa Rica law, for the purpose of Student productions.  MAC CR also assumes liability for payment of all associated taxes and fees for same on behalf of Students during Program production. Ownership of Produced Media MAC CR Students are considered 100% owners of all video material shot and edited during their Programs, with the exception of stock graphics, soundtracks and MAC CR provided original video footage that may be used as elements in any Student production.  Student's will be provided with Standard Media Release Forms and are responsible for obtaining proper signatures and Release agreement from any interview subjects used in their production. Confirmation Documents Your confirmation documents will include all necessary forms and schedules.  Your signature and deposit reserves your place.
