Caribbean Zone

The Gandoca-Manzanillo Forest Reserve - over 5,000 hectares of primary rainforest and teeming wildlife, virtually untouched by tourism as the road in was only recently opened.

Cahuita National Park - The first National Park in the Caribbean Zone, and the site of the earliest settlements in Talamanca.  Fascinating wildlife, gorgeous scenery!

Dolphin Watch  - catch an extreme close up of a Pan Tropical Dolphin as a cutaway to your min-doc about changing eco-systems in the southern hemisphere.

Salsa Brava Beach Break at Cocles - Study the form and surf action at Manzanillo Beach or Salsa Brava in Puerto Viejo - this is where surfers in-the-know gather from around the globe to experience world class waves and crystal clear warm water.

BriBri and Kekoldi Indian Reserves - Our guides will take you to meet some of the last indigenous tribespeople in Costa Rica  - people who may have a different perspective about how eco-tourism and economic development has affected their lives. If you're interested in documentaries about the effects of world trade and globalization on third world countries, this is where the rubber meets the road.

Osa Peninsula

Dolphin and Whale Watch - Last season we were literally surrounded by a school of Pan Tropicals estimated at over 1,000 animals!

Rainforest exploration at Cabo Matapalo - Our veteran guides Andy and Terry will send you up a 150 foot tree, make you rappel down a 100 foot waterfall, and walk through a mile of rainforest before you get your beer!  Roll camera from the top and get it all on tape!

SurfLords of the Sierpe - It's all about attitude with these guys - and they have some stories to tell.  Get the scoop and make your doc on this exploding sports phenomenon!

Rio Claro River Trek, Drake Bay - Let Ricardo - who's been living in a cabin on the beach for 6 years and knows the area like the back of his hand - take you up this gorgeous, remote, rainforest river in one of his fiberglass canoes.  Last season when we were there, Discovery Channel was shooting one canoe ahead of us!
